Here’s a list of questions we are often asked. For other questions not listed below, please leave a comment and we’ll do our best to answer your question.
Q: What is Runners’ Runner?
A: Runners’ Runner is the premiere online registration and payment platform for sports events.
We help runners register for their next big run.
We help race organizers gather registrations and payments for their events.
We also specialize in sports photography. See our works at (link to RR photos).

Q: Do I need to login to use your website?
A: No. You can browse our site without logging in.
But if you wish to register for a run, you must create an account. See here for a guide on how to create an account on Runners’ Runner.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password?
A: On the homepage, click on the link: “Forgot Password?“
Enter the email address you used when you registered for Runners’ Runner.
Follow instructions on screen.
Q: The Runners’ Runner website is not working for me. What do I do?
A:
1.) Try using a different browser e.g. Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome etc. –> solution to browser problem
2.) Try using a different computer in a different location/office/home. –> solution to computer/network problem
3.) Try asking a friend who has successfully used Runners’ Runner to register for you. –> solution to user problem
If the problem persists, send an email to webmaster@runnersrunner.com .
Describe problem, the actions you did before the problem appeared, and a screenshot showing the problem. Also indicate your browser type and version number.
Registration:
Q: How do I register for a run?
A: See this guide: How to register for your next big run.
Q: Can I register for my friend? How?
A: Yes. See this guide on how to register a friend using your Runners’ Runner account.
Q: How can I register a a big group of runners?
This option is ideal for groups of 5 to 50 or more runners.
Step 1: follow this link to our online spreadsheet: http://tinyurl.com/RRGroupReg
Step 2: Save file on your computer: Click File > Download as > Excel and save the file on your computer.
Step 3: Fill-in the spreadsheet with your details.
Step 4: Send the spreadsheet to “orders@runnersrunner.com” . Make sure to specify the contact information of your single-point-of-contact.
Runners’ Runner will respond to you to coordinate your group registration fee, payment and pick-up/shipping.
Q: I’ve filled-up my options but I do not see the “Add to Cart” Button. What can I do?
A: It is possible that your browser is un-supported (e.g. old internet explorer browsers). Try using another up-to-date browser.
Q: I’m trying to checkout but the website keeps returning to the login page. What can I do?
A: Make sure you have confirmed your email address. Check your email box (check your SPAM foloder also). Look for the email with subject:”Runners’ Runner: Account confirmation ” or “From Runners’ Runner: Confirm your account here”. Click the link in that email to confirm your account.
If the problem persists, send an email to webmaster@runnersrunner.com .

Q: I placed an order but I want to change some options. How do I make the change?
- A1: If you’ve added to cart but haven’t checked out, do this:
Visit www.runnersrunner.com > (if not logged in yet) Login > Home > My Cart (right side of screen)
If there are items in your shopping cart, delete the items by clicking the trashbin icon (left side of screen).
When your cart is empty, place an order with the correct information. - A2: If you have checked-out but haven’t paid, just disregard the 1st order and create a 2nd order with the correct info. You won’t be charged for the 1st order.
- A3: If you’ve made a payment already and received an invoice, it means your order is already in process. Send an email to lolarr@runnersrunner.com to ask for a change of order. In the email, include the relevant Order# – we’ll need to check if we can accommodate your requested change of order.
Payments:
Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I register online?
A: Yes. Runners’ Runner accepts payments via bank deposit (BDO), G-Cash, Smart Money and PayPal. You don’t need a credit card.
Q: To what bank account can I deposit?
A: BDO Savings Accnt: 1230066444
Account Name: Runners’ Runner Events Organizer
For verification, please write the following info on your deposit slip:
a.) runner’s name(s)
b.) corresponding run name and event (e.g. “Super Run / 5K”)
c.) your contact number
d.) order #
Photograph the deposit slip and send to Payments@RunnersRunner.com with subject line “Payment by YourName – RunName(s)”
Q: How do I pay via G-Cash or Smart Money?
A: Pay G-Cash to: 0915-3534235
Forward the transaction confirmation message together with:
a.) runner’s name(s)
b.) corresponding run name and event (e.g. “Super Run / 5K”)
c.) registrant’s contact number
d.) order #
> Send to 0915-3534235
For verification purposes:
Write down your transaction # on the printed out email: “Runners’ Runner: New Order #” .
Save the SMS messages, be ready to present the messages if requested.
Q: I paid via PayPal. Do I need to send proof of payment?
A: No need. PayPal sends a payment notification to the buyer (the runner registrant) and the seller (Runners’ Runner) automatically. When we receive this notification, we will process your order without you needing to send proof-of-payment.
Q: Do you accept credit card payments?
A: Very soon, Runners’ Runner will accept credit card payments.
Q: I’m trying to checkout but I keep getting the login page even when I’ve previously logged in. What can I do?
A1: Make sure you have confirmed your email address. Check your email box (check your SPAM foloder also). Look for the email with subject:”Runners’ Runner: Account confirmation ” or “From Runners’ Runner: Confirm your account here”. Click the link in that email to confirm your account.
A2: Your shopping cart may be full from previous un-completed orders.
Try this: Go to www.runnersrunner.com/ > Login > Home > My Cart
If you have any items in your cart, delete them first (click on the trashbin icon on the left side of the run). Then try ordering anew.
Racekits Pick-up / Delivery:
Q: How will I get my racekit?
You will receive your racekit based on the option you chose.
If you chose to pick-up your racekit, present the following when you claim the racekit at the outlet you selected.
1.) Order confirmation: email from RR with subject: “New Order # ”
2.) Reg details: email from RR with subject: “Race Registration Details”
3.) Proof of payment (1 of these):
— a.) email from PayPal with subject: “Receipt for Your Payment to Runners’ Runner”
— b.) BDO deposit slip
– c.) G-Cash or Smart Money reference #
4.) Valid ID of registrant
If you chose to have your racekit delivered, your racekit will be processed after receipt of your payment. Racekits delivery dates are on case-to-case basis depending on availability of race kits from race organizer.
Q: When will I receive my racekit?
A: Short answer: Before the race
.
Long answer: It depends on…
a.) when you registered (too early, early, just-in-time, too late)
b.) when the racekits will be available from the race organizer (immediately available, wait until available, no longer available)
c.) and whether your racekit is for pick-up or delivery.
Upon registration, we send automated emails that describe when/how to receive your racekit. See email email with subject: “Race Registration details”.

3.) How many runners are you targeting?
4.) Is your organization ready to fund the entire run? Or are you still searching for sponsors?

Paano po ba mapagregister ulit online for the Greentennial Half Marathon? Ie already try twice but not successful, we cannot get our order number. I need to register my office mates under your promo 5 + 1 free. Na view ko sa order items pero di ko ma print and wala pang order number? paano ako makabayad if wala me reference number which is your order number? Please reply to my queries ASAP.
Why is it until now we did not receive our race kit? kailan po ba madedeliver sa amin?
We previously register for 15 pax. Are we still entitled to your promo 5+1 free?
