Here’s a thought …
What’s the good of comparing different runners in different categories?
May tumatakbo ng 3K at para siyang nanalo ng olympic gold medal.
May tumatakbo ng 21K at para siyang nag-lakad sa Luneta.
What’s ordinary to one is extraordinary to many others.
A better choice: Let’s compare our self to our old self
. Are we getting better?

Different folks, different strokes. Better: Let's compare our self to our old self
. Are we getting better?

sabi nga sa DESIDERATA; “If you compare youself to others you may become vain and bitter, For there will be always a greater and lesser person than yourself”
Go back to what motivated you to start running…definitely its not because of others or to be BETTER than others but become BETTER and HEALTHY PERSON…
No matter how fast or how long the distance you run…always keep in mind to FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED.
When you registered to a lesser mileage like 3k — u aim to be #1
its just #1 place as the winner thats why they smoke in the starting like upon gunstart leaving 2nd place to be the 1st loser
but when you registered to a higher millage (10k/21k/42k, its a test of body limits endurance, stamina, and because… Ur already out of your mind for that LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!
