Once upon a time, a lady called me on my mobile and asked for help on using Runners’ Runner website. From her voice, I could tell that she was more than 40 years old and was not very confident using the Internet.
The lady asked for step by step instructions on how to register for a run.

I did enjoy the run as much I want to get fit. Morning jog makes my life complete in my day life routine. Thanks for the people who works this event.

why is it so complicated to register online? tried to register but did not go through. can we just go to ROX to register?

A:
1.) Try using a different browser e.g. Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome etc. –> solution to browser problem
2.) Try using a different computer in a different location/office/home. –> solution to computer/network problem
3.) Try asking a friend who has successfully used Runners’ Runner to register for you. –> solution to user problem
